Hey there, my name is Andrew and I am a front-end developer based in The Netherlands.

I've embarked on this blogging journey with an ambitious goal in mind: launching 12 startups in a year. While this idea was inspired by the likes of entrepreneurs like Pieter Levels, I aim to carve my own path and share my experiences and progress here. Through this blog, I also hope to stay accountable to myself and to you.

Balancing time is a challenge. First and foremost, I'm a proud father to two wonderful children, and their well-being is paramount. Additionally, I have a full-time job that ensures the financial stability of my family. Given these commitments, you might wonder how I plan to achieve the 12 startups in 12 months goal with limited hours in the day.

The answer is to prioritize and sacrifice. My top priority is to be fully present, both physically and mentally, for my children when they're awake. My job, of course, is non-negotiable, as it supports our livelihood. Since I don't indulge in evening leisure activities like gaming or watching Netflix (I'm usually drained and ready for bed), the only thing I can adjust is my sleep schedule. My strategy is to rise at 05:00 AM and dedicate 1.5 to 2 hours to my personal projects before the day truly begins with my eldest waking up.

At the end of each month, I'll share updates on which startup I've been focusing on, the strategies that have been effective, and the challenges I've faced.
